"I love to meet the participants; their presence and interest feeds our exploration of the chosen plant. The studio is filled with our stories and experiences and so with a sweet enthusiasm or trepidation, at least willing, we explore, delight, draw paint or just look. I find the resulting gallery of work quite delightful .
The immersive footbath accompanied by a story allows for self care and visible relief. At the end of the day I have enjoyed enabling this being soul-nourished. The fact that we are spending our time appreciating nature's gifts fills me with joy. I believe it is mutual." Naomi Newsham
