These sessions are open to Sophia's students and those who have trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho with a different Reiki Master. 

A wonderful opportunity for you to practice your reiki skills and meet and learn from other students while you get some Reiki healing for yourself. 

They take place at Vinings Natural Health Centre in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
