Service Description

Especially designed for the Autumn season, this ritual echoes nature where the seasons change to bring equal night and equal day. A gentle reminder that we are designed to be in equilibrium and may sometimes need a little help to restore that balance. We begin with a balancing lavender foot soak to ground you and bring your attention down from the head to the body. While you relax, we discuss your wellbeing so I can tailor the choice of products and essential oils used in the treatment. Then, tucked up on the couch, your feet and expertly massaged with your bespoke aromatherapy blend. A regenerating facial follows using Weleda's organic Pomegranate products which are packed with nourishing and protective ingredients to bring harmony and health to the skin as we descend into Autumn. The ritual concludes with Reiki natural healing to the chakras on the front of the body, bringing your life force energy into alignment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment please do at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time or the full treatment cost is payable. If you need to cancel your booking for a class please give us 48 hours notice or the full amount for the class is payable.
