Post birth debrief
Service Description
No matter how long ago you had your baby, if you are still left with difficult feelings to process or a need to understand what happened during your birth you can benefit from this session. This is time and safe space for you to share your birth story and to be properly heard. We may together identify possible next steps in your healing. Sophia is a recognised birth and postnatal doula and a trained Birth Crisis listener.
Cancellation Policy
Please give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for a treatment or the full amount is payable . Please give me 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop with me or the full amount is payable.
