This is a system of structured touch that works on the skin receptor sites that send signals to the brain and its gentle, repetitive strokes build confidence, remove anxiety and aid relaxation. Turning over, we continue with a prescription facial. Warm lavender compresses prepare the skin for cleansing; a second, deeper cleanse follows and a lavender steam. A clay mask is applied to draw out impurities, invigorate and clarify the skin, helping to minimise blemishes and enlarged pores while your hands and forearms are expertly massaged. Aromatherapy pressure point and lymphatic drainage facial massage soothe tension and improves the health of your skin while amethyst crystal rollers smooth lines and ease puffiness. A treatment mask is applied and while it works wonders on your complexion, there is a heavenly scalp and neck massage while you float away. Weleda skin care brings the experience to a close; your skin is toned, the eye area revitalised, a serum hydrates and a day cream protects and nourishes you ready to face the outside world again.
